Scoring Clarification on my Home Improvements

Water Pipe Broken - House I
Sprinklers In - Al I
Sod In - Al I
Lawn Denched - House I
Sidewalk delayed by additional water pipe complications - House I
Gas Line Broken - House I
Sidewalk In - Al I
Fence In - Al I
Not having to work on the fence - Priceless....oops I mean Al I

So if you add all that up it should come out to a 5 / 4 victory fair and square!
