Well here we are again. Yesterday we hoped to pour the cement. No such luck. Remember the water line breakage from Part 1. Oh yeah, it's back. It has been leaking. Poor "Bob" had to spend about 3 hours fixing it last night. I am not sure if we are going to pour cement today or not. "Bob" did an awesome job fixing the pipe, but the valve he put on it appears to faulty, he may have to replace it today. So fingers-crossed...
